How much could you save?

A typical 6% agent commission on a $300,000 home is $18,000. With OpenList USA, a full year of Pro costs $99.90 plus a one-time $9.99 Deal Room fee. That's $109.89 vs. $18,000.

One-time per deal

Virtual Deal Room

$9.99 once per deal

Encrypted private workspace between one buyer and one seller. Messaging, document exchange, full export, and life-of-account access.

Records securely backed up and kept on file for at least 3 years after your deal, unless you request deletion. Renters can also use the Deal Room to lock down a rental with written deposit and payment agreements.

The Deal Room fee is a flat platform access fee. It is not a commission, referral fee, or any transaction-outcome-linked fee. OpenList USA is not a licensed real estate broker, agent, or attorney and does not represent any party to a transaction. All parties are responsible for their own due diligence, legal review, and compliance with applicable state and federal law.
