Is OpenList USA a real estate broker?
No. We are a technology marketplace. We do not represent any party, collect commissions, or facilitate closings.
How do I get paid when my house sells?
OpenList USA is not involved in your transaction financials. You and the buyer arrange all closing, escrow, and title services through professionals you select.
What does the $9.99 Deal Room fee cover?
Access to an encrypted private workspace between one buyer and one seller. This includes messaging, document exchange, and exports. It is not a transaction fee.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via Manage Billing.
Is AI output legal or financial advice?
No. All AI output is educational only and is not a broker price opinion, appraisal, or legal advice.
