OpenList USA is a self-service real estate marketplace and transaction workspace. We help owners, landlords, buyers, and renters find each other, organize information, and move conversations forward — without acting as a broker or closing provider.
1. List, browse, or save properties
Owners and landlords can create property listings. Buyers and renters can browse, save favorites, and compare options across OpenList USA launch states.
2. Connect directly
Interested buyers or renters can contact the listing party directly through OpenList tools. Users control their own conversations, timing, offers, and decisions.
3. Use tools to stay organized
OpenList provides dashboards, saved searches, AI educational helpers, listing analytics, reporting tools, and Deal Room workspaces to keep the process organized.
4. Bring in licensed professionals when needed
OpenList does not replace licensed brokers, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, title companies, escrow companies, appraisers, or tax professionals.
